Chinese investors propose to build a 200-bed, five-star hotel and a modern shopping centre with no less than 14 floors in the Fergana region. This was reported by the information service of the regional administration.
The idea was discussed during the meeting of Khairullo Bozorov, Fefgana region khokim, and a group of Chinese investors led by the head of the Chinese company "Shuncheng Investment Group" Hung Chi Yim.
Bozorov talked about a five-star hotel project in the place of the former Amphitheater in the area where Sayilgoh and Al-Fargani streets.
Chinese investor Hung Chi Yim expressed his readiness to build a 14-story, 200-bed, five-star hotel and a modern shopping center worth $10 million.
The governor of the region invited investors to participate in the new eco-city project, which is being built on 300 hectares of land in Fergana.
