The head of state said that he came to the Syrdaryo region to resolve the long-lasting problems of the locals.
"We used to spend 4 months on cotton in past. It was so painful to see our teachers and students in the cotton fields. Now everyone is back to school. "If I studied at school for 11 years, I would spend 4 months in cotton every year," said the president.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev also expressed his opinion on the development of 38 neighborhoods in Sirdarya district.
"The problem that bothers me the most is youth education. Not only parents, but also the community has an incomparable role in education. If we develop our neighborhoods, it will definitely have a positive effect in many areas," said the president.
