President Shavkat Mirziyoyev recently ordered to organize the next humanitarian cargo of 58 tons for the Afghan people that was delivered to the Kaldar district in the north of Balkh province of the neighbouring country through the Hayraton border crossing point, the press service of Surkhandarya regional khokimiyat reports.
This time, the basic food necessities were distributed to families living in dire economic conditions.
The humanitarian aid that was intended for 420 families including flour, rice, sugar, oil, noodles, and other staple foods will be extended to other regions of Afghanistan on September 11-12.
