"Sport-Express" reports that the first vice-president of the UFA, former referee Ravshan Ermatov will soon become a permanent member of the Commission of Expert Referees under the Russian Football Federation (RFI).
RFI is negotiating with a number of famous former referees who could become members of the commission and Ermatov may be accepted as a member of the organization in the near future.
In 2019, Ravshan Ermatov finished his refereeing career and was elected as the first vice-president of UFA.
In September 2021, Ermatov was re-elected as the vice-president of the UFA.
Ermatov participated in 11 matches at the World Championships and is the absolute record holder in this regard. His close follower, Nestor Pitana, has 9 games.
