زخمیان پر وخت روغتونونو ته لیږدول شوي او د پېښې په اړه څیړنې روانې دي.
The attack occurred in the Qala-e-Bakhtiar area of southern Kabul. Police spokesman Khalid Zadran reported on X that a man wearing explosives detonated himself, causing the casualties. The deceased include a woman, and the injured are receiving medical treatment. The authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the bombing. However, the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), an affiliate of ISIS, has been known for such attacks targeting civilians and Taliban officials. The group remains a significant security threat in Afghanistan, particularly towards Shia communities.

Afghan security forces have made several arrests and seized weapons across various provinces. In the past 24 hours, nine individuals were detained in Takhar, Helmand, Bamyan, Baghlan, Herat, and Nuristan for offenses including theft, murder, smuggling, and moral corruption. Additionally, anti-terrorism police discovered and confiscated arms and ammunition in Herat and Sarpul.
Since the Taliban's takeover in 2021, violence in Afghanistan has decreased compared to previous years. Despite this, ISKP continues to carry out attacks, including the 2022 suicide bombing that killed 53 people at an education center in Kabul. The Taliban maintains that ISKP is not a threat, though the group’s activities suggest otherwise.
