Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu, played a crucial role in an emergency session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which convened to address the escalating situation in Palestine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

Expressing deep concern for the prolonged suffering endured by civilians in the Gaza Strip, Minister Nurtleu emphasized the imperative of ending hostilities promptly as the sole means to alleviate the humanitarian crisis. He proposed leveraging the resources of the Islamic Organization for Food Security and Kazakhstan's own KazAID agency to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Gaza's inhabitants.
Kazakhstan reiterated its unwavering stance on the conflict, advocating for the establishment of a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders, in accordance with the "two states for two peoples" formula endorsed by the United Nations.
Minister Nurtleu commended the efforts of Qatar and Egypt in mediating a ceasefire negotiation and hostage exchange between Hamas and Israel. He also lauded Egypt's role in facilitating the safe evacuation of Kazakh citizens and their families from Gaza, underscoring the importance of international collaboration in safeguarding the lives of civilians affected by the conflict.

Uzbekistan reiterated its solidarity with the Palestinian people and supported their right to establish an independent state in accordance with UN resolutions. President Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of preserving peace, unity, and solidarity in the region.
Kyrgyzstan provided humanitarian aid to Palestine, demonstrating its commitment to alleviating the hardships faced by the population affected by violence in the Gaza Strip. President Sadyr Japarov affirmed Kyrgyzstan's readiness to provide assistance during the extraordinary summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation held in Riyadh. The Ministry of Emergency Situations coordinated the delivery of humanitarian aid, including food, drinking water, bedding, and shoes, in collaboration with the Russian Ministry of Emergencies and Natural Disasters.
Turkmenistan dispatched humanitarian aid to Palestine, underscoring its commitment to broad international cooperation and humanitarian ties. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov initiated the delivery of aid on behalf of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The humanitarian cargo included medicines, medical supplies, textile products, footwear, food products, and other essentials, highlighting Turkmenistan's dedication to peace, good neighborliness, and mutual assistance.
