On September 11, a teenager in the Rostov Region of Russia, wounded four adults while attempting to enter a school with a knife. The incident was reported by the regional governor, Vasily Golubev, in his Telegram channel.
Early in the morning, Grigory swiped a knife from his grandmother's kitchen and arrived at school for his math extra class. However, upon entering the school premises concealed behind an "Anonymous" mask raised concerns among the security guard. When confronted about it, Grigory resorted to threats.
The situation escalated when one of the students' grandfathers intervened, causing Grigory to brandish the knife and assault him, inadvertently injuring the English teacher as well. Grigory was eventually apprehended outside, all the while shouting that he saw "Ukrainians and Poles" as his attackers.
According to Baza and 161.RU, a student lives with his grandmother, while his parents are divorced. He recently met with his father, who was mobilized last autumn and returned from the war in Ukraine after being wounded.
