Plots of land in the "Chorvoq" tourist-recreational zone in Tashkent are available for purchase. The Directorate of Chorvoq Tourist and Recreational Zone is auctioning eight plots, with applications accepted until May 19th.
The prices and area of the plots are as follows:
The first is 0.90 hectares and costs $59,898.
The second is 3 hectares and costs $341,027.
The third is 1,7 hectares and costs $201,118.
The fourth is 1,2 hectares and costs $139,908.
The fifth is the same as the third - 1,7 hectares and costs $201,118.
The sixth is 2,9 hectares and costs $341,027.
The seventh is 1 hectare and costs $96,187.
And the last, eighth, is 0,7 hectares and costs $69,954.
All these plots of land have designated areas of development in the tourism sphere with funds provided by the government.
The applications for these plots will be accepted until May 19 at 09:00, and the sales will start at 10:00 on the same day.
