The Uzbek youth football team of Uzbekistan won the U-20 Asian Cup-2023 in the final match with the Iraqi team.
The victory allowed Uzbekistan to treble its cups- to win three different men's Asian championships in different age categories. The Uzbekistan national team won the Asian Youth Championship in 2012, and the Asian Cup among 23-year-olds in 2018.
Uzbekistan U-20 head coach Ravshan Haydarov won the Asian Championship for the second time.
