According to preliminary data from the State Statistics Committee, 83,300 tons of fish were produced in the republic in January-September 2022.
Khorezm region stood well above the others with nearly 14 thousand tons of fish::
- Khorezm region - 13.9 thousand tons;
- Navoi region - 8.3 thousand tons;
- Andijan region - 7.8 thousand tons;
- Tashkent region - 7.7 thousand tons;
- Jizzakh region - 7.7 thousand tons;
- Fergana region - 6.1 thousand tons;
- Karakalpakstan R. - 5.7 thousand tons;
- Bukhara region - 5.6 thousand tons;
- Samarkand region - 5.6 thousand tons;
- Kashkadarya region - 4.5 thousand tons;
- Syrdarya region - 4 thousand tons;
- Namangan region - 3.4 thousand tons;
- Surkhandarya region - 2.9 thousand tons.
