The EF English Proficiency Index (EF EPI) measures the level of English excellence among adults and ranks countries according to this index. It is formed by testing 2.1mn people in 100 countries and regions.
All states are divided into five categories by language level. Uzbekistan entered the category with 446 points, while Kyrgyzstan placed 91 (442), Kazakhstan 99 (420), and Tajikistan 106 (397).
