On September 12, the taxi service, open bid winner, started its operation at the International Tashkent Airport. New cars are stationed with Taxi Airport Tashkent stickers at the exit of the arrival hall.
How to use the taxi service?
- Inbound traveller approaches the counter in the arrivals hall and shows the destination;
- The manager calculates the mileage according to the tariff and tells the amount to pay;
- If the customer accepts the fare amount, he makes the payment (by cash or bank card);
- Then he leaves the terminal with a receipt showing the address and the amount paid and gets into the first available taxi.
- The tourist can use taxi services by getting into the first available car and bypassing the counter.
Access to the terminal is possible only for the Taxi Airport Tashkent service.
All other taxis, including those operating through aggregators (Yandex, MyTaxi, etc.), can pick up passengers in front of parking lots.
A large, visible sign will be installed from a distance, indicating the meeting point of the taxi and the passenger, so that the passenger can quickly find his driver. The company introduced "comfort", "business", "luxury" and "premium" tariffs for airport services.
"Comfort" tariff cars are waiting for customers in the first row. Cars with other fares stand in the second row or are served at the passenger's request.
