President Mirziyoyev is participating in the opening ceremony of the International Tourism Center in Samarkand district on August 23, Daryo correspondent reports.
The complex is another significant and triumphant masterpiece of New Uzbekistan. The multi-functional centre can be visited by 2 million tourists annually including the "Eternal City" complex, a congress hall, 8 modern hotels, an amphitheatre and many other facilities.
An international team of experienced architects and engineers was involved in the development of the center project.
Highly qualified engineers and technicians from countries such as Turkey, Great Britain, and Italy were involved in the design and construction of the top-notch complex.
