Members of the Youth, Culture and Sports Committee of the Senate visited the cultural and recreational park named after Gafur Ghulom where they were informed about the delay of the park opening till September 1, 2022.
The foreign company BMP Smart Decision Private Limited which is carrying out the reconstruction, and installation of attractions and game devices have already spent 71 billion soums.
According to the park authorities, the site will start offering its services only from September 1, 2022. The activities carried out in the territory of the park are under the constant control of the Committee on Youth, Culture and Sports of the Senate.
