The well-known home shopping channel "Hop Shop" will have to offset 51 million soums after the Agency for the Protection of Consumer Rights received more than 90 complaints.
Clients would often experience the products advertised on TV after they were delivered because they had no opportunity to know more about items which sometimes turned out to be faulty.
The law stipulates to refund the goods if they raise suspicion or low quality.
The consumer can use these rights only if the defects of the goods are detected during the warranty period.
