The renowned American pizzeria chain, Papa John's, has set its sights on Uzbekistan with the launch of a test site, papajohns.uz.
The strategic expansion plan outlines the establishment of six branches in the capital, Tashkent, further solidifying Papa John's presence in Central Asia. The selected locations include prominent areas such as the Compass shopping center, Tashkent City Mall, Riviera, Dream Park amusement park, Sairam street, and the Minor metro area. Notably, these new outlets will operate under the franchise model.
While the exact opening dates for these branches remain undisclosed, the company's commitment to the venture is evident through job postings for various positions. Papa John's is actively recruiting for roles such as pizza makers, cashiers, and kitchen workers, indicating the imminent operationalization of these outlets.
