Minister Satkaliev presented a detailed report on various aspects of the energy sector's performance during the specified period. Notably, oil production in Kazakhstan reached 74.8 mn tons, while the production of petroleum products amounted to 11.2 mn tons. Gas production stood at an impressive 48.7 bn cubic meters, with electricity production reaching 93.5 bn kWh. The country also produced 15.350 tons of uranium during the same timeframe.

The meeting also delved into the measures being implemented to advance the national electrical grid, with Minister Satkaliev highlighting a new mechanism for selling electricity that was introduced in June 2023. President Tokayev was briefed on the ongoing efforts to enhance the electrical grid and ensure a more efficient and transparent electricity market.

Another critical aspect discussed during the meeting was the additional control measures implemented for the upcoming winter heating season. Minister Satkaliev informed the president that 5.5 mn tons of coal and 100,000 tons of fuel oil have been prepared to supply energy facilities, demonstrating the government's commitment to addressing the energy needs during the colder months.

President Tokayev was also briefed on the plans for further gasification of the country, underlining the government's dedication to expanding access to natural gas across Kazakhstan.

In response to the presented information, President Tokayev issued instructions to closely monitor the heating season's progress. He emphasized the need for special attention to be given to the implementation of projects aimed at modernizing the energy infrastructure. Additionally, the president stressed the importance of taking proactive measures to ensure the uninterrupted supply of fuels and liquefied petroleum gas to the domestic market.

The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the government's commitment to ensuring a robust and sustainable energy sector that meets the growing demands of the nation.
