The average income of educators in Uzbekistan has surged by 2.5 times compared to the preceding period, the president states during a press conference.
Specifically, instructors possessing national and global certifications in subjects such as foreign languages, information technology, mathematics, chemistry, and biology have been granted supplementary incentives. Furthermore, an exclusive remuneration scheme has been introduced for teachers who have undertaken assignments in remote regions.
Consequently, the count of educators receiving remunerations ranging from $496-$828 (UZS 6mn to 10mn)has risen to 23,000. Furthermore, there are over 1,000 individuals receiving monthly payments exceeding $828. While this is indeed a positive development, such instances are relatively infrequent.
"Each teacher who actively invests in self-improvement, acquires proficiency in foreign languages, and/or obtains certifications in natural and applied sciences is now able to earn a monthly wage of $828," states President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Moreover around 2,000 of our educators are benefiting from additional allowances disbursed from the ministerial fund.
