The latest triumph for Kazakhstan came on July 31 when Elzhana Taniyeva, a 17-year-old rhythmic gymnast, showcased her remarkable skills and clinched the bronze and silver medals in the hoop and ball competitions, respectively. Taniyeva's elegant performances enthralled the audience and added two more medals to Kazakhstan's tally.
Earlier, on July 30, the Kazakh archer, Diana Tursynbek, displayed her precision and determination, securing the silver medal in the archery event. Her flawless performance was a testament to the country's growing prominence in archery at the international level.
In the world of judo, Askar Narkulov made Kazakhstan proud when he triumphed over his opponent, Chyngyzhan Sagynaliyev from the Kyrgyz Republic, to claim the bronze medal in the 73-kilogram weight category.
Kazakhstan's marksmen also showcased their skills and brought home a silver medal in the men’s team 50-meter rifle three positions, thanks to the impressive performances of Konstantin Malinovskiy, Islam Satpayev, and Nikita Shakhtorin. On July 29, Kazakh judoka Sunggat Zhubatkan demonstrated his skills and resilience, earning a well-deserved bronze medal in the 66-kilogram weight category.
