Uzbek pianist Behzod Abduraimov, accompanied by the Belgian National Orchestra, performed in the concert hall of the BOZAR Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels to commemorate the music of Russian composer Sergey Rachmaninoff, one of the finest pianists of his day and, as a composer, one of the last great representatives of Romanticism in Russian classical music.
Reportedly, the performance of 32-year-old Behzod Abduraimov demonstrated a high level of technical skill and captivated the audience.
Situated right in the middle of the Mont des Arts, where the upper part of Brussels meets the lower part, the Centre for Fine Arts is the most visited cultural destination in Brussels, Belgium. The Palace of Fine Arts is an art center housed in a building designed by Art Deco Architect Victor Horta that dates back to 1928. It hosts about 20 thematic or individual exhibitions of ancient or contemporary art each year.
