The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Ghairat Fazilov, visited London within the framework of participation in the 26th meeting of the Uzbekistan-Great Britain Trade and Industry Council, Kenan Poleo, Great Britain's Trade Commissioner for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and International met Andrew Mitchell, director general of the Ministry of Commerce.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the situation and priorities of further development of Uzbekistan-Great Britain cooperation.

The Uzbek diplomat expressed an interest in expanding business relations and implementing joint projects by attracting direct British investments and advanced technologies to the economy of Uzbekistan.
