Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent his condolences to Vladimir Putin in connection with the shooting at the school in Izhevsk, Russia, the press secretary of the president reports.

The head of Uzbekistan expressed deep condolences to the family members and relatives of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

The shooting at a school in Izhevsk, Russia took away the lives of 13 school children. Among them, five children aged 8-15 were killed. 9 more people were injured.

According to information, an unknown man in black clothes broke into the classroom and started indiscriminately shooting at the pupils during the lesson. The school's principal entered the office with the injured student and managed to hide.

Ambulance, police and rescue vehicles gathered around the school building. The children were evacuated.
