Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will once again invite Vladimir Zelensky to meet his Russian counterpart in Samarkand.
"The most important topic of the meeting between Erdogan and Putin will be the situation in Ukraine. Erdogan will convey to his Russian counterpart that he will continue all efforts to end the war and achieve a ceasefire through the mediation of Turkey.
"Erdogan, who repeatedly offers Putin to hold a meeting between the leaders of the two countries in Turkey, emphasizes solving the problem diplomatically," wrote the major Turkish newspaper, Hurriyet.
It is also reported that one of the main issues on the agenda of the upcoming personal meeting of the leaders of Turkey and the Russian Federation will be the "grain corridor".
