In a historic moment for the Kyrgyz Republic, President Sadyr Japarov laid the foundation capsule for the construction of the country's inaugural high-rise multifunctional hotel complex, "Manas Tower 45," in Bishkek on November 14. The project, a collaboration between the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign investors, is expected to be completed within 2.5 to 3 years.
The development marks a significant milestone in the country's architectural landscape, with the 45-floor complex designed to house a five-star hotel, a business center, conference rooms, restaurants, a hypermarket, over 20,000 retail spaces, and an underground parking facility capable of accommodating 600 cars.
President Japarov highlighted the historical context of the project, emphasizing the duty of the younger generation to preserve and protect Kyrgyzstan's independence, echoing the legacy left by their ancestors. He expressed confidence that the nation would fulfill this obligation by building a developed and strong state, achieving noble goals for the benefit of future generations.
Underlining the rapid pace of development in the construction industry, President Japarov affirmed the government's commitment to creating favorable conditions for investors across all sectors. Various incentives and benefits are provided to facilitate successful investment and contribute to the nation's growth.
“Our ancestors, who lived for dozens of centuries, bequeathed independence to the new generation. In turn, the younger generation is obliged to protect and preserve our beautiful Kyrgyzstan. We firmly believe that we will fulfill the legacy of our ancestors, build a developed country, a strong state, and achieve the noble goals of passing it on to our descendants,” Sadyr Japarov noted.
With the increasing popularity of both domestic and foreign tourism in Kyrgyzstan, President Japarov stressed the necessity of enhancing hospitality infrastructure. The "Manas Tower 45" complex aims to meet this demand by offering high-quality services to guests and providing an ideal venue for international events, summits, and conferences.
President Japarov envisages the hotel complex as a modern and aesthetically pleasing addition to Bishkek's skyline. He expressed confidence that it would become a unique and recognizable landmark, fostering further development in the surrounding areas to serve both residents and visitors at a global standard.
Sharing details of the project, President Japarov revealed plans for a helicopter and panoramic platform atop the building, allowing residents and guests to enjoy breathtaking views of Bishkek from a height exceeding 200 meters. Additionally, the complex will feature retail outlets that will contribute to employment opportunities for the local population.
President Sadyr Japarov conveyed his best wishes for the prosperity of the capital, envisioning a future where Bishkek boasts numerous impressive buildings and structures that leave a lasting impression on foreign guests. The "Manas Tower 45" project symbolizes not only a step towards modernization but also a commitment to showcasing the beauty and potential of Kyrgyzstan on the global stage.
