"The adoption of this resolution is yet another manifestation of international acknowledgment of the progress achieved in Uzbekistan's reform process, specifically in guaranteeing freedom of speech and access to information for its citizens. We extend our gratitude to all our partners who contributed as co-authors in drafting the document and offer our congratulations to all colleagues on this momentous occasion," expressed Saida Mirziyoyeva.
The resolution will be presented for consideration and endorsement at the 41st session of the UNESCO General Conference scheduled to take place from November 9 to November 24 in Paris.
