The third forum of interregional cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia is set to take place on October 4 in Kazan, as reported by the press service of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The forum aims to enhance practical cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and Russia, with the participation of a wide range of entrepreneurs from both countries.
The event will include joint sessions of the Uzbek-Russian and Russian-Uzbek business councils, along with an exhibition on the theme of "Russia and Uzbekistan: new opportunities for development."
During the forum, discussions will also focus on expanding bilateral cooperation in the fields of transportation and logistics, industry, tourism, and youth affairs.
Earlier, Daryo reported that Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has formally accepted an invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin for an official visit to Russia, scheduled for October 5-7.
