During a recent meeting with China's Ambassador Zhang Xiao, Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov, expressed the commitment to enhancing Kazakhstan's non-oil exports to China by nearly $1bn.
As part of this initiative, the list of exports is set to increase to 135 items, with notable growth already observed this year in the supply of plastic goods, metal structures, flour, confectionery, and pasta products.
The trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China has been steadily progressing, with last year's trade turnover increasing by a third.
Kazakhstan's Prime Minister extended an invitation to foreign investors to expand their participation in joint projects, despite China's status as one of the top five countries investing in Kazakhstan's economy, with a cumulative inflow of over $23bn over the past 17 years.

Alikhan Smailov emphasized.
The Chinese Ambassador expressed optimism regarding the potential for fruitful development of bilateral relations this year.
