Reports have emerged about the noticeable transformation of Alina Kabayeva, the former Olympic rhythmic gymnastics champion who currently heads the Russian National Media Group holding company, during the II Games of the CIS countries in Belarus. Plastic surgeon Dmitry Slosser provided insights into the rationale behind the significant alterations observed in Kabayeva's facial appearance, Unian reports.
Slosser says that Kabayeva appears to have undergone a procedure involving the application of hyaluronic acid to enhance her features. "Kabayeva, I think, had an injection surgery, she uses hyaluronic acid," Slosser remarked.
The surgeon elaborated on the effects of the treatment, noting that Kabayeva's face appeared to have become rounder. In her pursuit to counteract the signs of aging, she seemed to have taken more "beauty pills."
"Due to her genetic predisposition to broader bone structures and facial features, some age-related changes are inevitable. We don't all remain eternally youthful like we were at 13. Bone structures and tissues naturally undergo alterations over time. When you add a moderate amount (about 0.5kg) of hyaluronic acid into the equation, the result can be a success," Slosser explained.
Slosser further highlighted that Kabayeva's endeavor to halt the aging process seemed to have taken the route of non-surgical interventions, specifically "beauty injections," avoiding surgical procedures.
"She opts for minimally invasive approaches, which may involve threads and needles that are entirely harmless. However, it's worth noting that these methods might not be as effective as desired and could carry certain adverse effects," the plastic surgeon concluded.
Alina Kabayeva is also rumored to have special relationships with Russia's President Vladimir Putin.
