Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Azerbaijan on March 1-2 to participate in the plenary session of the Non-Aligned Movement Summit.
The event chaired by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev includes the multilateral dialogue and expanding practical cooperation in Post-pandemic Recovery and the risks to international security and stability.
The Uzbek President is scheduled to meet his Azerbaijani counterpart on the sidelines of the summit and discuss the implementation of previously reached agreements.
The Non-Aligned Movement is one of the largest international organizations that unites 120 member states that declare non-participation in military-political blocs and organizations and the development of cooperation based on the principles and goals of the United Nations Charter as the basis of its foreign policy.
