A series of new appointments within Uzbekistan’s Presidential Administration have been confirmed, presidential spokesman Sherzod Asadov announced on July 30.
According to a presidential decree, Nozimakhon Davletova has been appointed as a contractual consultant to the Head of the Presidential Administration, where she will also serve as Head of the Human Capital Development Project Office.

The reshuffle includes several high-level positions across departments. Kamoliddin Mardonov has been named First Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis.
Other appointments within the department include:
- Ulugbek Khanayev has been appointed Deputy Head – Chief Legal Adviser of the Department for Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis.
- Eldor Hamroyev has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department for Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis.
- Aziz Azimov has been appointed First Deputy Head of the Department for Public Security and Rule of Law.
- Sergey Gordeyev has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department for Public Security and Rule of Law.
In the Communications Department, Gulrukhso Khattamova was appointed First Deputy Head, while Farrukh Omonov and Rustam Mirzayev were named Deputy Heads.
For the Department for Preparing Analytical Content for Meetings and Visits to Regions, the new Deputy Heads are Fathiddin Muhiddinov and Husniddin Hoshimov.
Ulugbek Normatov has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Relations, and Oybek Umarov has been named Deputy Head of the Administration.
Ulugbek Husainov was appointed Acting Director of the Agency for Management Efficiency. As a result, he has been relieved of his previous position as Deputy Head of the Department for Cooperation with Regions and Preparation of Analytical Materials.
Earlier, deputies to the presidential advisors were also appointed, signaling a broader restructuring within the administration.
