In a notable development, a hotel has recently opened its doors at the departure terminal of Tashkent International Airport, enhancing the travel experience for passengers in transit. This innovative facility, located within the terminal waiting area adjacent to the Art Bazaar complex, is designed to cater specifically to travelers with layovers, offering a convenient and comfortable space without leaving the airport or exiting the transit zone, press service of Uzbekistan Airports reported on January 29.
Hotel Features and Layout
The newly inaugurated hotel boasts 24 mini-rooms spread across two floors, complemented by bathrooms, a shower room, a reception desk, and an information board on the ground floor. Each room is equipped with an individual boarding invitation system, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for guests. The mini-rooms are thoughtfully designed as cozy cabins, featuring a full-size single bed, essential accessories such as a lamp, a mirror, a clothes hanger, a shelf for hand luggage, and a table.
