A symposium titled "Challenges in Nurturing Exceptional Individuals in Public Administration" was orchestrated in Tashkent, Civil Service in the Presence Development Agency reports.
Recently, these prominent national conferences have emerged as pivotal and conducive platforms fostering robust partnerships, collaborative initiatives, and the exchange of groundbreaking ideas and innovations, with today's gathering standing as a testament to this trend.
Conducted in collaboration with the Presidential Civil Service Development Agency, the German International Cooperation Society, and the Central Agency of Finance and Contracts of Latvia, the international symposium addressing "Challenges in Supporting Talented Individuals in Public Administration" unfolded at Hilton Tashkent City.
Distinguished participants at the roundtable included leaders from various ministries and governmental bodies, personnel from human resources management units, scholars, foreign experts, members of the diplomatic community, as well as industry specialists and civil servants hailing from diverse nations such as England, Germany, Latvia, France, the UAE, Korea, Singapore, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.
The primary objective of this symposium was to engage in meaningful discussions regarding the hurdles associated with developing a reservoir of potential personnel within the realm of public service. It also aimed to explore contemporary and efficient mechanisms for attracting exceptionally talented individuals to contribute to the field of public service.
