During their exchange of views, President Japarov and Prime Minister Oyuun-Erdene covered a wide spectrum of issues, with a particular focus on enhancing trade and economic cooperation between their countries.

President Japarov began the meeting by extending a warm welcome to the Mongolian Prime Minister, expressing his fond memories of a previous visit to Mongolia and a meeting with the President of Mongolia, Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh. He highlighted the agreements reached during that visit, underscoring the importance of the Kyrgyz-Mongolian partnership.

Moreover, President Japarov conveyed his anticipation of President Khurelsukh's return state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasizing the deep-seated trust, mutual understanding, and alignment of positions between the two nations on various regional and international issues. The President reiterated their commitment to supporting each other on key matters and acknowledged that there is immense untapped potential in their relationship.

In particular, President Japarov emphasized the need to intensify trade and economic collaboration. Both Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia face the common challenge of attracting foreign investments, and Kyrgyzstan, in particular, seeks to benefit from Mongolia's expertise in attracting investments, especially in the mining and agriculture sectors. The president encouraged Mongolian enterprises and businesses to explore opportunities for collaboration and joint projects in Kyrgyzstan.

In response, Prime Minister Oyuun-Erdene expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by President Japarov and conveyed greetings from President Khurelsukh. He expressed a strong interest in further developing bilateral relations, particularly in trade, economics, and transport and logistics.

A noteworthy highlight from the discussions was Prime Minister Oyuun-Erdene's endorsement of Kyrgyzstan's proposal to join the intergovernmental agreement between the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation, and Mongolia concerning the development of international road transport. This initiative, aimed at bolstering transport connectivity in the region, underscores the commitment of both countries to promoting regional integration.

In conclusion, President Sadyr Japarov and Prime Minister Luvsannamsrain Oyuun-Erdene reiterated their dedication to reinforcing practical cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia.
