The Yakkasaray District Court of Tashkent issued a verdict in the case of bullying a person with a disability.
Earlier, we reported that on November 27, the chairman of the Armugon mahalla, Azzam Kadirov, kicked a man with a disability walking in front of him.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the citizen under Article 183 ('Petty hooliganism') of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Azzam Kadirov was dismissed from his post on November 28, for actions that do not correspond to his duties, the district administration noted.
On November 29, the Yakkasaray court, having considered the materials of the case, found the former chairman of the Armugon mahalla guilty and fined him 900,000 UZS (≈80), the press service of the city court reports.
