President Mirziyoyev held talks with the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev within the framework of the "Central Asia-European Union" summit, the press service of the president reports.
The neighbouring country presidents urged to strengthen good neighbourliness, strategic partnership and alliance relations.
Special attention was paid to the prospects of increasing trade and implementing investment projects in the fields of industry, energy, transport and logistics, agriculture, and other sectors of the economy.
They also discussed the agenda of the summit of the Organization of Turkic States to be held in Samarkand on November 11.
