The State Statistics Committee provided information on food products Uzbekistan mainly imports from Kazakhstan.
The total volume of certain types of food products imported to Uzbekistan from Kazakhstan in January-July 2022 exceeded 1.8 million tons:
• wheat - 1.5 million tons;
• wheat flour - 218.3 thousand tons;
• barley - 47.3 thousand tons;
• vegetable oil - 45.9 thousand tons;
• corn - 33.6 thousand tons;
• margarine products - 25.8 thousand tons;
• potatoes - 23.5 thousand tons;
• beef - 9.1 thousand tons;
• dairy products - 3 thousand tons;
• confectionery products - 1.6 thousand tons.
