Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Akram Aliev recently held meetings in Tashkent with representatives of leading European companies to strengthen economic ties and explore joint investment opportunities.

During a meeting with Marko Mohar, a partner at the Slovenian firm MSIN d.o.o., the two sides discussed prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation in Uzbekistan. MSIN, a private investment and consulting company, focuses on corporate restructuring, greenfield investments, and sectoral consolidation across key industries such as ICT, energy, real estate, and industrial manufacturing.
In a separate discussion on the same day, Deputy Minister Aliev met with Gaetano Crisci, a representative of Technip Energies, a French engineering company known for its expertise in delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects. Talks centered on the potential for launching joint initiatives that prioritize sustainable and innovative technologies.
Following both meetings, the sides agreed to continue work on the proposed projects at the expert level, with the participation of relevant Uzbek ministries and potential investors. All parties confirmed their intention to develop long-term partnerships that support Uzbekistan's industrial and energy development goals.
