IT Park Uzbekistan has introduced the Local2Global program to assist its member companies in expanding their international market presence and attracting foreign partners. This initiative aims to enhance the global footprint of Uzbek enterprises by providing dedicated support and resources.
The program is a response to the growing interest from international businesses in Uzbek companies, highlighted by the recent success at Tech.Expo, part of the Global Business Services Forum. At the event, 30 participants from IT Park Uzbekistan engaged in over 60 negotiations with international guests, focusing on bilateral agreements and joint projects.
To further strengthen these international partnerships and boost export potential, IT Park Uzbekistan is offering comprehensive support to its members. This includes securing advantageous contracts and providing IT and outsourcing services on a global scale.
The Local2Global program has already launched its first two groups, targeting Japan and Korea, with 25 participants enrolled. These groups will benefit from a specialized two-month export program, which includes:
- Assistance with company portfolios and visual branding
- Promotion on digital platforms
- Training sessions for company staff
- Support for international trips and industry events
Participants will have the opportunity to visit Japan and Korea to explore market opportunities and connect with potential clients. Additionally, IT Park Uzbekistan will offer financial support, covering up to 50% of expenses for:
- Enhancing company recognition or expert training
- Organizing visits of foreign partners to Uzbekistan
- Participation in international events and conferences
- Consulting services in export-related areas
The program also includes the development of a customized export plan for each participant. To join the Local2Global program, members can complete the registration first.
