Uzbekistan Airports has made available several areas for rent within the premises of the Tashkent International Airport, as reported in the company's official statement.
The initial lot features a 33.5 square meter dining area, complete with a bar counter and seating space, starting at an annual rate of UZS 482,1 mn ($39,500).
In the realm of retail, there's a 17 square meter space designated for a flower shop, with a starting yearly cost of UZS 142,8 mn ($11,704)
Within the airport's arrival area, there are spots allocated for three vending machines: one for coffee, one for snacks, and one for beverages. The opening annual price for a 2.5 square meter vending area is UZS 36 mn ($2 950).
Uzbekistan Airports is offering a capsule hotel for lease within the capital's airport, commencing at an initial rate of UZS ,296 bn ($106 221) per year, with the auction set to begin on October 30 at 10:00 AM.
Additionally, opportunities for leasing are available for ATMs (2 square meters) and mobile device charging stations (1 square meter), each of which comes at a rate of UZS12mn ($983).
For all the lots, Uzbekistan Airports has outlined specific technical requirements that lessees must adhere to. During the auction process, the starting annual rates may increase by at least 10%.
