The Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court, at a closed hearing on April 6, re-considered the cassation protest to cancel the decision of the Appellate Instance of the Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Khorezm Regional Court dated December 27, 2022, concerning A. M. and A. K. and transferred the case to the appellate court for a new trial.
The Cassation Collegium approved the cassation protest for the Supreme Court Criminal Cases dated April 6, 2023.
As Daryo has previously reported, three underage pupils of a family orphanage were allegedly forced into intimacy with the heads of the provincial department of justice and district department for emergencies in the Khorezm region.
