The camp once belonged to Gulnara Karimova, the eldest daughter of the First President of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov. In 2017, it was confiscated by the decision of the Tashkent Regional Court on Criminal Cases.
Later, this confiscated luxury residence with all its equipment was given to the Triathlon Federation of Uzbekistan for temporary use.

But in the end, it was decided to sell this resort through public auctions based on the principle of transparency.
In 2021, the resort was put up for sale several times, but no buyer was found. In the spring of this year, an auction of the camp was held, but the object was not sold again.

Currently, the total land area of this complex under the management of the State Asset Management Agency is 5.38 hectares. Buildings and facilities are 4,040 square meters.
The camp has a hotel, several pools, an amphitheater, cottages and other facilities.
