About 40 companies have lost the IT Park resident status due to non-fulfilment of their obligations to the Directorate which means they have no tax benefits and preferences anymore; the press service of the company reports.
In addition, a warning notice has been sent to 79 companies stating if they do not submit the audit report in the prescribed form their residency status will be rescinded.
The IT Park resident status provides certain advantages. In particular, until January 1, 2028, resident companies are exempted from paying all types of taxes and mandatory contributions to state trust funds, as well as social tax.
At the same time, personal income tax from salary income is taxed at a single rate of 7.5 per cent.
Today, the number of IT Park residents is 707 companies.
