Uzbekistan is inviting mid-level medical professionals to work in Germany under the Globogate program, which offers 800 job vacancies in German clinics, according to the Migration Agency.
Under the program, participants will work an average of 39 hours per week, with an initial salary of €1,900 (about $2,010), increasing to €2,500 (around $2,650) after professional recognition, which typically takes three months.
Eligible candidates must hold a three-year medical college diploma, be aged between 20 and 36, have no criminal record, and be in good health. Applicants must also commit to completing a 10-month German language course and not withdraw from the program without valid reasons.
Selection will be conducted in two stages, with only successful candidates admitted to the program.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend and accommodation during the 10-month training period. The program also covers the costs of obtaining a B2-level German language certificate, document translation and certification, visa processing, airfare, and transportation to the workplace.
Applicants are required to register by May 15 through the designated platform.
On April 7, Germany and Uzbekistan signed a trilateral memorandum aimed at boosting labor mobility, providing Uzbek specialists with opportunities to integrate into the German workforce through language training, vocational education, and support for visas and accommodation.
Earlier, Germany also offered job opportunities to Uzbek workers in the meat processing sector, with salaries of €1,750 per month under a program implemented in cooperation with International People Placement GmbH & Co. KG, as part of efforts to address labor shortages.
