Uzbekistan alone could potentially reduce current water consumption in the production of varnish and paint products by up to 15%, Uzsuvtaminot reported. Tackling the pressing issue of water scarcity, BRIDGE HUB, a prominent conglomerate of advanced German manufacturers, hosted a seminar in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Attended by industry representatives from across Central Asia, including delegates from "Uzsuvtaminot", the event aimed to introduce innovative technologies, address manufacturing challenges, and offer effective solutions to bridge the technological gap while enhancing product quality.
Among the attendees was Shokhrukhali Sadillayev, the deputy chairman of the board of "Uzsuvtaminot", who delivered a presentation outlining the company's endeavors in the field. The focal point of the seminar centered on the production of lacquer and paint, covering aspects such as sourcing quality raw materials, formulating new recipes, conducting rigorous laboratory tests, investing in high-caliber equipment, and bolstering product competitiveness.
The relevance of such presentations cannot be overstated, especially considering the global water scarcity crisis. With water being a vital resource for both consumption and production, BRIDGE HUB experts emphasized their commitment to curbing water shortages in Central Asia, particularly in Uzbekistan, through the deployment of cutting-edge German technologies.
Remarkably, by implementing German technology, Uzbekistan alone could potentially reduce current water consumption in the production of varnish and paint products by up to 15%. This reduction, as highlighted by seminar organizers, is achievable through the adoption of energy-efficient processes and tools compliant with eco standards, thereby mitigating excessive environmental emissions.
In addition to addressing water conservation, BRIDGE HUB underscored initiatives aimed at facilitating personnel education abroad, enhancing export volumes by aligning products with global standards, and establishing state-of-the-art production laboratories within Uzbekistan. The seminar served as a unique platform for fostering close collaboration, facilitating knowledge exchange, and promoting information sharing between Western technology partners and Central Asian manufacturers.
Furthermore, BRIDGE HUB experts proposed the creation of start-up projects to bolster business development in partnership with European entities within the ECO SYSTEMS framework.
