The meeting centered around a comprehensive review of the outcomes stemming from the visit of the Uzbek delegation to Turkey at the conclusion of November. Both sides assessed the progress made in implementing the agreements forged during the visit, emphasizing the importance of monitoring and ensuring the success of joint initiatives.
Kamil Allamjonov shared insights from the meeting on his Telegram page, stating, "We also discussed the prospects of cooperation in the coming year." The discussions underscored the commitment of both nations to fostering mutually beneficial collaborations across various sectors.
The diplomatic dialogue follows a significant encounter on December 1, where Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, within the framework of the UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai.
During the meeting, the leaders delved into pressing issues related to the further expansion of their large-scale strategic partnership and the advancement of joint investment projects. Additionally, attention was given to planning the upcoming session of the Uzbekistan-Turkey Strategic Cooperation Council.
