The first of two Boeing 777-300ER airliners has been delivered to Turkmenistan.
"The aircraft is powered by two GE90-115BL2 engines, has a range of 11,390km and is capable of operating international long-haul flights with a commercial payload of up to 40,000 kg," Turkmenistan Airlines said in a press release.
The aircraft has 368 seats, including 40 in business class, 32 in premium economy and 296 in economy class.
The only national airline has been working with these American models since the 1990s. Recently, an agreement was signed with the French company Airbus.
