On November 22, a delegation led by the UAE Minister of Governmental Affairs, Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Ghargavi, was received by Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President's press service reports.
Minister al-Ghargawi conveyed the greetings and well-wishes of UAE President Sheikh Mohammed al-Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed al-Maktoum, and Vice President Sheikh Mansour al-Nahyan to the president of Uzbekistan. The meeting delved into the current matters concerning bilateral relations, emphasizing the robust development of multifaceted ties between Uzbekistan and the UAE. The ongoing dialogue highlighted the consistent growth in trade volume, joint ventures, and collaborative projects.
Under the established "roadmap," the two nations are successfully executing joint programs focused on enhancing public administration efficiency, training managerial personnel, and advancing digital governance. The meeting noted the accomplishment of nearly a thousand seminars, forums, and training courses, benefitting around 2mn specialists who enhanced their skills through these initiatives.
Both sides expressed a shared interest in further expanding practical cooperation across various domains, including effective management, trade potential development, urban infrastructure modernization, high technologies, artificial intelligence, and more.
