Women's Entrepreneurship Week is currently underway in Tashkent from November 6-10, as reported by the Association of Business Women of Uzbekistan, "Tadbirkor Ayol" ("Woman Entrepreneur"). The association has been organizing this week since 2016, aligning with the global celebration of World Women's Entrepreneurship Day observed in 144 countries annually.
Shakhnoza Yusupova, the project coordinator and a member of the Association's Council, highlighted the widespread celebration of World Women's Entrepreneurship Day globally. Since 2016, the Association of Business Women of Uzbekistan, "Tadbirkor Ayol," has been hosting significant events during this period, bringing together women entrepreneurs and the general public.
During a press conference, representatives of the Association shared details about the planned events for Women's Entrepreneurship Week. The forum will encompass both online and offline formats, featuring the participation of over 300 individuals from all regions of the country.
This year's theme revolves around "Women's Entrepreneurship - Financial Independence and Women's Participation in the Economy." The scheduled events include seminars, round tables, and conferences featuring production managers, international experts, and partners.
