In Moscow, Russia, the polling stations have closed for the unified voting day. The city has successfully concluded its mayoral election and the election of deputies in 13 municipal entities within the Troitsk and Novomoskovsky administrative districts (TiNAO).
According to Vadim Kovalev, the leader of the Public Observing Group for Voting, we can expect preliminary results for the electronic mayoral election in Moscow approximately one hour after the 'decryption key' is assembled, around 21:15 Moscow time, as reported by the 'Rossiyskaya Gazeta.' The final results will be made public once all votes are completely counted.
Ella Pamfilova, the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), has stated that the CEC has received 104 reports that may contain information about irregularities during the Moscow elections, as reported by TASS.
Several hours before the closing of the polling stations, approximately three million Moscow residents had cast their votes.
In the Remote Electronic Voting (REV) for the mayoral elections, more than 2.5 million people had participated as of the morning of September 10, according to TASS.
Competing for the position of Moscow's mayor are Dmitry Gusev, a parliamentarian from the State Duma (Fair Russia - For the Truth party), vice-speakers of the lower house of parliament Vladislav Davankov (New People) and Boris Chernyshev (LDPR), as well as Moscow City Duma deputy Leonid Zyuganov (CPRF) and the current mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin (United Russia party).
