Uzbekistan's Ministry of Agriculture and Poland-based Pronar had agreed to sign a "Road Map" of cooperation and implement joint projects, media reports.
The talks with Uzbekistan's Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Umid Mamadaminov, focused on establishing investment cooperation, particularly the organization of agricultural machinery production in Uzbekistan, with an annual phased localization of 30-40%.
The Uzbek side was invited to Poland to learn more about Pronar's production potential and directions.
Pronar is a leading company producing machinery and equipment for agriculture, communal services, and recycling. The company has over 3,000 employees working in nine factories in Poland and dealerships in all EU countries, including the USA, Australia, and Russia. Its products are exported to over 60 countries.
